Car dumping machine refers to a large mechanical equipment used to dump loose materials from railway open cars. A loading and unloading machinery that can flip or tilt rail vehicles for unloading, suitable for ports with large transportation volumes and industrial sectors such as metallurgy, coal, and thermal power. Most of the mining cars under the mine are also unloaded by small dump trucks.
The dump truck system is a highly specialized system for unloading bulk materials, used for the flipping and unloading of bulk materials loaded onto trains. The coal unloading system of the dump truck has high unloading efficiency, minimal damage to the vehicle, can improve the working environment of the on duty personnel, and facilitates the automation control of the machinery. The C-shaped rotor dumper can be linked with other supporting equipment on the unloading line to achieve automatic unloading, or it can be manually controlled by manual operation. The working process is as follows: start the hydraulic station motor to raise the pressure arm to the highest position, and then use the heavy car shunting machine to pull a fully loaded open car accurately to the support beam of the car dumping machine. The plate vibrator is pushed towards the side of the open car by the hydraulic cylinder, and the pressure arm falls to press down on the sides of the open car. When the support board is placed on top, the pressure arm is pressed down, and the heavy-duty shunting arm has driven out of the dump truck, the dump truck begins to flip and unload at normal speed. During the unloading process, the release of vehicle spring force is achieved by not closing the hydraulic lock on the hydraulic cylinder to absorb the energy released by the spring. After dumping to 110 °, close the hydraulic lock and lock the dumping vehicle to prevent the vehicle from falling off the track. The tippler continues to dump until it is close to 160 °, decelerates, stops, and the vibrator is put into operation. After 3s, the vibration stops, and the tippler returns at normal speed. When it is 30 ° away from the return to zero position, the car pressing arm starts to lift, decelerates when it reaches the zero position, and stops when it is aligned to the rail. After stopping the machine, the backrest moves backwards, the pressure arm is raised to the highest position, the backrest moves backwards, and the heavy-duty shunting machine pulls the second fully loaded open car into the car dumping machine while pushing out the unloaded empty car. In this way, the dump truck completes one working cycle.
The body of the car dumping machine adopts two sets of driving devices and is arranged on the outer side of the two end rings. When one set fails or loses power, the other set can perform a cycle of operation. Flipping requires smooth start-up and zeroing, minimal impact on the vehicle, equal and synchronized motor load, and strict selection of components to ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
