Cable reel is a cable winding device to provide power, control power or control signal for large mobile equipment. Function

Selection Guide
1. Elastic cable reel is only applicable to all kinds of mobile electrical equipment below AC 500V; 2. The coiling length of the cable (hose) shall be subject to L in the installation mode diagram, and the length of the cable (hose) used is: 1) Method A is L+3 cycles; 2) Method B is 1+L+3 circles, where the value of h must be specified when ordering; 3) Method C and D are L+H+h+3 cycles; 4) Methods E and F, the length of the cable (hose) provided shall be determined according to the user's on-site situation, and shall be specified separately when ordering; 3. In mode C, the drum is fixed on the ground, and the cable (hose) has relative friction movement with the ground during cable retraction and release. At this time, please lay the roller table within the movement track of the cable (hose) to reduce the wear of the cable (hose); 4. In mode D, when H ≤ 1.5m, the cable length is L+3 turns, and when H>1.5m, the value of H must be indicated when ordering; 5. In mode F, H=0.14L and h=0.5H are generally considered. If H<0.14L and h<0.5H, H and h values must be indicated when ordering; 6. Structural characteristics
The cable reel consists of a host and a reel. The host is composed of a conical gearbox, power head, and collector slip ring box as a whole. The power head consists of a motor, hysteresis coupling, and planetary gearbox. Depending on the working conditions, a single or multiple power heads can be used as the driving force for hysteresis cable reels.
Working principle
The electric motor of the cable reel transmits power to the hysteresis coupling. After the hysteresis coupling adjusts the speed and slip, a stable constant torque can be obtained. After deceleration, the amplified torque is transmitted to the cable reel. When the cable reel is working, the motor always rotates in the direction of cable winding.

Structural characteristics
The cable reel consists of a host and a reel. The host is composed of a long-term locked torque motor, a dedicated gearbox, and a collector slip ring box as a whole. Select motors with different output torques as the driving force according to different working conditions
Working principle
The power and speed control parts on the long-term stuck torque motor cable reel are borne by the motor, which has unique electrical and mechanical characteristics. The motor has a wide speed range and soft mechanical characteristics. When the load changes, the working speed of the motor also changes accordingly. That is, as the load increases, the speed decreases, and as the load decreases, the speed increases. Moreover, the motor can operate stably for a long time at any point on its torque and speed mechanical characteristic curve, ensuring that the cable obtains appropriate winding speed and tension on the corresponding radius of the reel.

Structural characteristics
The cable reel of variable frequency drive is composed of components such as variable frequency motor, reducer, collector, cable reel, and electrical control box. It has many advantages such as small motor capacity, good torque characteristics, stable performance, and easy adjustment, and is suitable for long-distance power cables with amplification specifications. It exhibits outstanding superiority and excellent protection performance for cables under conditions requiring high rotational torque and fast retraction speed, and can extend the service life of cables.
Working principle
The cable drum driven by variable frequency drive adopts torque control by the frequency converter to achieve various required torque characteristics of the cable drum. For horizontally coiled cable reels, constant torque or hyperbolic torque can be provided by a frequency converter to achieve constant tension winding of the cable. For cable reels suspended in the air, linear tension winding of the cable can be achieved.

Working principle
Its power is derived from a set of sprockets exported from the walking system of the installed equipment, which are then input into the cable drum drive sprocket. After continuous differential adjustment and synchronization through a magnetic coupling, the cable drum is driven to work. By adjusting the tension of the magnetic coupling, the tension of the cable can be freely adjusted, thus automatically winding and releasing the cable.If the reeled cable is relatively long (more than 50 meters), a reciprocating cable arranger can be installed in front of the cable drum. The cable arranger adopts a pure mechanical transmission mechanism, which can automatically realize the orderly arrangement of cables in multiple layers.When winding cables, the open chain wheel installed on the wheel axle of the electric flatbed works to drive the clutch chain wheel to rotate. The magnetic coupling drives the drum to wind the cables, and the automatic differential speed of the magnetic coupling is used to achieve synchronous operation with the electric flatbed.
When releasing the cable, the clutch chain wheel rotates idle and does not transmit power to the magnetic coupling. Under the tension of the cable, the power drum overcomes the damping that prevents the drum from rotating due to inertia and synchronously releases the cable.

JD series universal torque motor cable reel
Structural characteristics
It consists of three parts: the host, the reel, and the torque controller. The torque controller is used to adjust the output torque of the cable reel, which can ensure the synchronous retraction and extension of the cable, reduce the tension borne by the cable, and maximize the service life of the cable.
Working principle
When the mobile device moves towards the power direction, that is, when winding the cable, the driving motor starts at the same time, drives the reducer, and transmits power to the reel to wind the cable. When the mobile device is disconnected from the power source, that is, when the cable is released, the cable is pulled out under tension. At this time, although the universal torque motor is working, it is in a reverse state and acts as a brake. When the machine is stopped, the brake is activated to ensure that the cable will not slide off the reel due to gravity when the motor is powered off.
Scope of application
Suitable for metallurgical vehicles with suspended winding method F, where the drum is fixed on a platform with a certain height or suspended at a high place.
