The bucket wheel stacker reclaimer refers to an efficient loading and unloading machinery used in large-scale dry bulk storage yards that can continuously transport materials for both stacking and retrieving. The belt is composed of a belt conveyor arm that can pitch and swing horizontally, as well as a bucket wheel, frame, and operating mechanism at the front end. The belt can run in both directions, and the material is taken out by the bucket wheel through the conveyor arm during material retrieval. When stacking, the goods transported by the main conveyor are thrown into the yard through the conveyor arm.
A rail type loading and unloading machinery that uses bucket wheels for continuous material retrieval and a belt conveyor on the machine for continuous material stacking. It is a specialized machinery used in bulk material storage yards, which evolved from bucket wheel excavators. It can be combined with unloading (ship) machines, belt conveyors, and loading (vehicle) machines to form a mechanized transportation system for storage yards, with a production capacity of over 10000 tons per hour. The operation of the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer has strong regularity and is easy to achieve automation. The control methods include manual, semi-automatic, and automatic.
Operation mode
It has two operating methods: stacking and retrieving materials. The bulk materials transported by the belt conveyor are unloaded onto the boom by the tail car and thrown into the material yard from the front end of the boom. Through the operation of the whole machine, the rotation and pitch of the boom can make the material pile form a neat trapezoidal cross-section shape. Material retrieval is achieved continuously through arm rotation and bucket wheel rotation. The material is unloaded onto the reverse running arm conveyor through the unloading plate, and then unloaded onto the material yard conveyor through the funnel below the machine center for transportation. Through the operation of the entire machine and the rotation and elevation of the boom, the bucket wheel can completely remove the materials from the storage pile.
