This machine is used for conveying dust, small particles, and small pieces of materials in departments such as labor, metallurgy, machinery, light industry, grain, and transportation. The models include: general type, hot material type, soda ash special type (common type, high efficiency type), grain special type, cement special type, power plant special type, etc. The slot width is 120-1000mm.
Application scope and selection principles
The buried scraper conveyor is mainly composed of a closed section housing (machine slot), scraper chain, driving device, and tensioning device. The equipment has a simple structure, small size, good sealing performance, and is relatively easy to install and maintain; Capable of adding and unloading materials at multiple points, with flexible process selection and layout; When transporting materials that are flying, toxic, high-temperature, flammable, and explosive, it can improve working conditions and reduce environmental pollution. The buried scraper conveyor has been widely used in sectors such as chemical, building materials, metallurgy, electricity, grain, light industry, and transportation.
The buried scraper conveyor has the following requirements for materials:
(1) Bulk density of material: p=0.2~2.5t/m3
(2) Material temperature: the applicable material temperature of general models is less than 120 ºC; The temperature of hot material conveying material is 100~450 ºC, and the instantaneous material temperature is allowed to reach 800 ºC.
(3) Water content: the water content is related to the size and viscosity of the material. Generally, it should be loose after being squeezed into a ball by hand.
(4) Material particle size: see Table 1.
